Pricing FAQ

You add a card for verification only — no charge — and a $5 promotional credit is granted to your wallet automatically. It covers your first local number and a couple hundred pay-as-you-go test minutes, so you can confirm everything works with your equipment before paying anything. Toll-free and additional numbers unlock with your first top-up ($5 minimum). The promo credit is non-refundable and for testing only.
Service is prepaid from a wallet balance. Number fees and per-minute usage draw down your balance; top up whenever you like with a $5 minimum. Bundle minutes, if you've bought them, are consumed before wallet balance. No contracts, no monthly minimums.

The federal Universal Service Fund. A 30% USF surcharge applies to usage as a pass-through line item and is remitted to USAC, the fund administrator. It appears separately on your statement, like it does with every US carrier.
Paid wallet balances are refundable on request. Promotional credit (including the $5 signup credit) is never refundable.
Every number requires a registered service address and gets E911 service. A TeleComcepts E911 Service Charge of $1.30/month is billed per number as a line item on your statement. This is a company-imposed charge set by TeleComcepts to recover the cost of providing E911 service — it is not a government tax and not a state or local 911 surcharge. Any government-imposed 911 surcharge is billed separately as its own line item. Service is Fixed E911: calls route to the registered address you provide, so you must update that address before moving equipment — changes are not immediate. See the printable 911 limitations warning you should post on every device.
Self-service accounts start with 2 concurrent calls and 1 call setup per second — plenty for testing and small offices. Growing past that? Committed call paths, CPS guarantees, and volume rates come with commitment documentation and KYC — talk to sales.
Any standards-based SIP equipment: IP PBXs (Asterisk/FreePBX, 3CX, FusionPBX and others), softphones, and ATAs. Authentication today is by static public IP; SIP registration with credentials (for softphones and dynamic IPs) is coming soon — sign up free.
Self-service covers the US 48, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and Canada. If you need international termination, contact sales and we'll set you up on the right plan.
Start on self-service to verify quality and compatibility, then talk to sales — reseller decks, committed call paths, and CPS guarantees come with commitment documentation and KYC.
