Return Policy
Hardware & equipment purchases
For telephone equipment and hardware purchased from TeleComcepts, we agree to:
- Accept eligible returns within 15 days of you receiving your order.
- Refund your money in the same way you originally paid.
- Process refunds within two weeks of receiving an authorized return.
- Charge no more than 20% or $20 (whichever is greater) as a restocking fee.
- Pay all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fee, and accept all returned items when the return results from our error.
Software and consumable products that have been opened are not refundable.
